Help find Bennie - Elliot

I am writing this as my last resort to try and find my brother, Bennie (Benjamin) Starbuck, who was born on August 6 1973.

The last time I have seen him was in 2000 and since then I have not seen or heard from him at all. I also know that he was seen in Hillbrow in 2011. He is 48 years of age; the photo was taken in 2000.

There were rumours of him being in Pollsmoor but there’s no record of this. He has lived in Cape Town from 2011 but there is no trace of him. According to the Department of Home Affairs he is still alive.

He has short blond hair, blue eyes and has a tattoo of Casper the ghost on his calf or ankle, not sure what side.

He also has a few other tattoos if I remember correctly, but I’m not sure what they are.

He was also well known among his friends by the nickname Whitey.

Please, if someone knows him or have seen him, we need to get in touch with him as soon as possible.
